Tesamorelin is a synthetic peptide analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) best known for research into growth-hormone signaling, visceral adipose tissue, liver fat, and metabolic health.

Its ability to stimulate endogenous GH release has made it one of the more extensively studied peptides affecting body-fat distribution.

Product Information

Tesamorelin is designed to activate GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland. This increases growth hormone secretion and subsequently influences IGF-1 levels.

Unlike direct growth hormone administration, Tesamorelin works upstream by stimulating the body’s own GH-producing pathway.

How Does Tesamorelin Work?

Tesamorelin activates GHRH receptors, increasing endogenous growth hormone release. The resulting GH/IGF-1 signaling influences lipid metabolism and fat distribution.

Tesamorelin Benefits

Reduces Visceral Adipose Tissue:
Tesamorelin has demonstrated a measurable reduction in visceral abdominal fat in randomized clinical trials. This effect is one of the strongest areas of human evidence surrounding the peptide.

Supports Liver-Fat Research:
Clinical research has also examined Tesamorelin for reducing hepatic fat. Studies have reported significant reductions in liver fat compared with placebo, making the peptide relevant to metabolic and liver-health research.

Influences GH/IGF-1 and Metabolic Pathways:
Tesamorelin increases GH and IGF-1 activity while influencing lipid metabolism. Research has also examined associated changes in triglycerides and other metabolic markers.
