KLOW is a four-peptide research blend containing KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. It expands on the GLOW concept by adding KPV, a tripeptide studied primarily for inflammatory signaling and intestinal research.

Product Information

KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH and has been studied for effects on inflammatory signaling. GHK-Cu contributes to matrix remodeling, while BPC-157 and TB-500 contribute to tissue-repair research pathways.

Importantly, no controlled human trial has tested the four-peptide KLOW combination itself.

How Does It Work?

KLOW combines KPV’s anti-inflammatory signaling with GHK-Cu matrix remodeling and BPC-157/TB-500 repair pathways.

Benefits

Inflammation Research

KPV has been studied in intestinal and cellular inflammation models, particularly for its effects on inflammatory mediators and NF-κB-related signaling.

Skin and Collagen Research

GHK-Cu contributes to research into collagen, extracellular matrix, and skin remodeling, making it particularly relevant to cosmetic and tissue studies.

Tissue-Repair Research

BPC-157 and TB-500 contribute to research into tendon, ligament, muscle, and wound-healing pathways.

Multi-Pathway Research

KLOW brings together four distinct biological pathways in one blend. That makes it interesting experimentally, but claims about synergy remain theoretical because the combination has not been clinically tested.
